Our Professionals

Ben is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, and his roots in York County and his family’s insurance business run deep.  His knowledge and love of local politics brought him to Greenlee Partners, first as an intern in 2014 and then, after a stint at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, as an associate in 2016 working on a wide variety of issue areas including health care, energy and insurance.  

His work on environmental issues both at the Bay Foundation and later with the Coalition for an Affordable Bay Solution utilized his unique talents for bringing adverse interests together to talk about solutions that are in the best interests of all Pennsylvanians.    

His day-to-day responsibilities also include client management and lobbying disclosure compliance for the firm’s clients, which gives him a unique opportunity to work with all our clients and their varied interests.   He also manages the political action committee for a large state-based client that serves as a model for their political action committee activities in other jurisdictions.

Matt provides Greenlee Partners’ clients with a unique outlook on government affairs here in the Commonwealth. Matt brings to the firm a well-rounded background in Pennsylvania politics that allows him to successfully advocate on behalf of his clients. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Matt worked for the PA House of Representatives on the House Transportation Committee and staffed a statewide gubernatorial campaign as the Deputy Political Director. 

Throughout his professional career, Matt has developed an acute understanding of the legislative process and political landscape of Pennsylvania that helps maximize results for the firm’s clients. Matt’s area of expertise is transportation and infrastructure policy, which he developed over time by drafting legislation and forging bipartisan relationships with legislators in addition to an array of stakeholders from within the industry.

Matt graduated from Elizabethtown College where he achieved his master’s in public policy.

Becca was raised in both West Chester, PA and Mountain Top, PA and quickly discovered a passion for helping others. She attended Shippensburg University and earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work. Upon graduation, Becca began working on the Marsy’s Law for Pennsylvania campaign, a national campaign working to put victims’ rights into the state constitution. After successfully getting the question on the ballot, Becca worked for a grassroots voter registration campaign, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and another contract lobbying firm before joining the team at Greenlee Partners.

At Greenlee, Becca supports client needs with legislative reports, grant applications, and local and state lobbying. When she is not supporting clients, she is responsible for supporting our internship program. 

While not at Greenlee, Becca spends time volunteering with the National Association of Social Workers, the Cumberland County Commission for Women, and Speranza Animal Rescue. She is also involved with the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg Junior Board.

Melissa’s expertise stems from decades of service for various Pennsylvania State Senators, a Lieutenant Governor, and the operation of her own business for 15 years – she knows and understands what it takes to operate a successful business. As our Business Manager, Comptroller, Human Resource Representative, and Special Projects Coordinator, Melissa is involved. She oversees all administrative and business endeavors to keep our offices functional as well as ensure our clients’ needs and expectations are met.

Before focusing on the business operations of Greenlee Partners, Melissa served as an executive assistant to the late Pennsylvania State Senator Henry G. Hager, III (R-Lycoming), and Senators Robert C. Jubelirer (R-Blair), and Joseph F. Loeper (R-Delaware) as well as Lieutenant Governor William W. Scranton.

Aria was born and raised in Dauphin County.  She earned her Associate degree in Interpreter Preparation in American Sign Language. She has a passion for business and a strong background in management and customer service.  At Greenlee Partners, she handles executive duties, along with assisting in business, client, and managerial tasks.  

Before being added to the Greenlee Partners team, Aria worked as a manager and trainer at restaurants across the United States. She is also a graphic artist and designer and owns her own printing company, which is beneficial to our client requests.

Madison was born and raised in York County, Pennsylvania, a community where her family has deep roots that span multiple generations. This connection to her hometown has greatly influenced her personal and professional values, fostering a strong sense of community and public service. Madison’s educational journey began at Shippensburg University, where she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology. Her passion for public service and governance led her to continue her education at Shippensburg University to pursue a Master’s in Public Administration. This advanced degree further deepened her commitment to making a positive impact in public policy and administration. Throughout her studies, Madison demonstrated a keen interest in state government, gaining a deeper understanding of the policymaking process, the importance of effective governance, and the vital role that public administration plays in shaping communities.

In 2024, Madison took on an internship with Greenlee Partners, where she was able to put her academic knowledge into practice. This experience not only expanded her understanding of state government operations but also allowed her to develop invaluable skills in the areas of policy analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. During her internship, Madison’s passion for public policy was ignited, and she quickly realized that this was the field she was meant to pursue.

After completing her studies, Madison has now returned to Greenlee Partners as a Principal. Her work at Greenlee has reinforced her dedication to state government and public policy, giving her the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of policies that shape Pennsylvania’s future.
