STANLEY I. RAPP -
Partner
Senior Partner Stan Rapp has more than 28 years of
political/governmental experience in Pennsylvania. The consummate
"insider" in Pennsylvania, Stan brings his special skills to bear
for the firm's wide client base. His talents have brought success
to innumerable client projects.
A 1975 graduate of Penn State University, he has been involved
in the political world since the start of his career. Stan has
worked as a consultant for political campaigns for Federal, State
and local candidates. He has been a key advisor for a number of
successful statewide races.
Prior to joining the firm as Partner in 1985, Stan was Chief of
Staff to the President Pro Tempore of the State Senate and also had
served as Chief Clerk of the Senate.

MATT STECK - Partner
Partner Matt Steck joined the firm thirteen years ago. Matt directs
the firm's work on legislation and regulations before Pennsylvania
State Government. He has successfully collaborated with clients on
projects involving insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and
environmental issues for the past twenty years. A Harrisburg
Patriot News survey named Matt one of the "best prepared" lobbyists
in Pennsylvania as well as a "future star".
Before joining the firm, he served four years as Vice President
for Government Relations for the Professional Insurance Agents
Association of Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. In that
capacity, he managed lobbying, grassroots and political action
committee activities for the largest agents and brokers trade
association in the three states. Prior to entering the lobbying and
government affairs arena, Matt was a legislative specialist for the
Pennsylvania Senate Office of President Pro Tempore, served as
Executive Director of the Senate Agriculture and Rural Affairs
Committee and was Harrisburg staff assistant to a member of the
state Senate. In addition, Matt worked on several successful Senate
and House campaigns. Matt is a graduate of Shippensburg University
with a B.A. in Government Administration.

JOHN McNICHOL -
Partner
John is one of the Greenlee Partners. He is our resident expert on
Southeastern Pennsylvania and is based in our Philadelphia office.
He travels to Harrisburg and Washington, D.C. during legislative
session weeks to manage a large portion of our client interests.
John's background includes public service as a Deputy United
States Marshal and Legislative Assistant to U. S. Representative
Curt Weldon. He spent eight years in Washington, D.C. and, while
there, John established and ran the Congressional Fire Services
Caucus and Institute. He has been involved in numerous local,
county, state-wide and national political campaigns.
John joined Greenlee Partners after six years as a Senior Vice
President and Director of Government Affairs Services for Tierney
Communications.

BILL GREENLEE -
Founder
After serving as the lobbyist for one of Philadelphia's premier law
firms, Bill founded his own lobbying business in 1980. For more
than two decades, the firm still represents the first clients that
accompanied him to the new firm.
He has more than 40 years of experience in politics, government,
public relations and journalism. His first statewide political work
was in press relations for the successful 1962 gubernatorial
campaign of Bill Scranton. He later worked as Chief of Staff to a
Lieutenant Governor, a Speaker of the House and a Floor Leader of
the State House.
He also was a partner in a Harrisburg-based advertising/public
relations firm. Prior to forming the Greenlee firm, he directed two
successful Congressional campaigns and three winning statewide
referenda in cooperation with former Democratic and Republican
Governors of the State. He is on the State Board of Directors of
The Second Mile - a statewide organization helping at-risk kids -
and on the Board of Directors of the Harrisburg Senators Double-A
Professional Baseball Team affiliated with the Washington Nationals. He
is on the Board of the West Shore Country Club in Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania.

FRANK "CHICK" TULLI, JR. -
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of the firm, Chick's diverse qualifications provide us with
unique perspective on managing not only the business of Greenlee
Partners but the legislative process in Harrisburg.
Chick joined Greenlee Partners after serving twelve years with
great distinction in the Pennsylvania State House of
Representatives. His legislative career was marked with
extraordinary accomplishment. He was the leading force behind the
enactment of Pennsylvania's historic legislation de-regulating the
electric utility industry. Chick served on the State House Commerce
and Economic Development Committee, was Treasurer of the Team
Pennsylvania Foundation and Chairman of the Pennsylvania Higher
Education Assistance Agency's Executive Committee.
Prior to being elected to the General Assembly, Chick was an
educator and entrepreneur. He taught government in public schools
for seven years and owned and operated a chain of retail
Naturalizer? shoe stores.

DONETTA D'INNOCENZO - Director, Greenlee Procurement
Donetta D'Innocenzo brings 15 years of internal and external government
procurement experience to our team including her work for Greenlee Procurement
assisting clients in growing their business through public and private partnerships.
Donetta served as Executive Assistant to a former Secretary of the
Department of General Services acting as a liaison to all state agencies
and the governor's office on small business growth strategies, coalition
development and procurement administrative policies. Prior to working with
the former Ridge Administration, Donetta spent 11 years in key administrative
roles in the Senate of Pennsylvania including Chief Clerk, director of computer
services and comptroller.
As a small business owner, she focuses on helping companies navigate
the government procurement process and strategically growing their business.
She has provided testimony in Washington DC before the U.S. House of Representatives
Small Business Committee on the challenges facing small companies in Pennsylvania.
Additionally, she has testified before the U.S. Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on
Defense regarding the need for blood cancer research funding as part of her advocacy
for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of America.
Donetta serves as the Co-Chair of the PA Small Business Development Center
Advisory Board. During her tenure she worked to increase funding and add centers at
Shippensburg and Widener Universities to help small businesses compete and grow in
today's highly competitive global economy. She is a founding member and past president
of the Central PA Infragard program, a partnership between the (FBI) Federal Bureau of
Investigation and the private sector including businesses, academic institutions, state
and local law enforcement agencies dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to
prevent hostile acts against the United States. She is a founding member and continues
to be active with the PA Counter Terrorism Task Force’s subcommittee on business and
industry where she works to ensure the role of business in emergency response is considered
and advanced in the planning process.
Donetta is a member of Pennsylvania Federation of Women and is a graduate
of the Anne Anstine Excellence in Public Service program.
She is the recipient of Shippensburg University’s Outstanding Alumnus Award
2003 for outstanding achievement in her chosen profession, the PA 50 Best Women in
Business Award in 2006 and Cambridge Who’s Who in 2007.

DIANE ACRI - Senior
Associate
Having started her professional career with our firm in 1988, Diane
is a returning alumnus of Greenlee Partners and 18-year veteran of
state government. She brings a thorough understanding of the
legislative process and strong legal and state fiscal management
experience to the firm.
Prior to rejoining Greenlee Partners, Diane most recently served
as Counsel to the Committee on Appropriations in the Pennsylvania
House of Representatives. In this capacity, she advised the
Chairman and members of the House leadership on issues relating to
the state budget, tax policy, and other fiscal and substantive
issues.
Diane also served as Assistant Counsel at the Pennsylvania
Liquor Control Board where she gained significant experience
interpreting the Liquor Code and related regulations. During an
earlier seven-year stint as a budget analyst on the Appropriations
Committee, Diane worked with the General Assembly to implement
fiscally responsible spending plans for the Commonwealth focusing
on economic development, transportation, insurance, banking,
agriculture and capital budgets. Diane earned a Bachelor of Arts in
medical anthropology from The Pennsylvania State University, holds
a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Widener University School of Law,
and passed the certified public accountant exam. She is a member of
the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the James S. Bowman American
Inn of Court.

KARA BEEM -
Senior Associate
Kara comes to Greenlee Partners with over ten years of lobbying and
association experience. At Greenlee Partners she is responsible for
direct lobbying, monitoring and analyzing legislative and policy
proposals, strategic planning and grassroots development. She also
provides legal assistance and advice to the Greenlee team and the
firm's clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Kara was Director of
Government Affairs for the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association. At
the Association, Kara successfully marshaled a campaign that
convinced the legislature to pass the first substantial Open
Records reform bill in more than 40 years. In addition to her
public affairs experience, Kara successfully utilized her legal
skills and background both at the Pennsylvania Newspaper
Association and in her previous position at the Pennsylvania Bar
Association as Human and Legal Resources Director. She brings an
impressive record of legislative accomplishments, legal abilities
and strategic vision to the team.
Kara received her undergraduate degree from
Trinity College in Washington D.C. and her Juris Doctor from the
Dickinson School of Law. Kara is admitted to the bar in
Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association
and the PA Bar Association.
Kara is currently a member of the Board of
Directors of the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra and also serves on the Pennsylvania Women’s Campaign Fund Board.

AMBER BENZON -
Associate
Amber joined Greenlee Partners in 2006. In this short time, her
tenacity and devotion to achieving what is best for the firm’s
clients has effectively provided successful tactics and strategies
on how best to approach issues that impact them. Amber’s competency
is demonstrated through her working knowledge and active participation
in the legislative process. Currently, her primary focus lies within the
firm’s energy and pharmaceutical client segments.
Prior to joining Greenlee Partners as an Associate, Amber spent some
time as an immigration caseworker at a York, PA non-profit. She is a
magna cum laude graduate of Millersville University with a degree in
International Studies and Spanish.

CLINT CULLISON -
Associate
Clint has been with us since 2005. He is based in our Harrisburg
office and his responsibilities include tracking and advocating our
clients’ legislative priorities, identifying emerging issues in Pennsylvania
politics, evaluating election data and results, as well as coordinating client
communications. Clint has built a strong network of friends among staffers a
nd members of the General Assembly as well as other business and community
leaders. His tireless work ethic has resulted in much success for our clients and our firm.
Additionally, Clint is an integral part of the firm's business operations.
His technical expertise is invaluable to our internal communications and connectivity
with our clients and friends in government. He has a strong background in business
and marketing which has proven to be a great asset for both clients and the firm.
Clint graduated magna cum laude in 2004 from the Pennsylvania College of
Technology with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing and is a member
of both the Sigma Beta Delta International Honors Society for Business and Alpha
Chi National Honors Society. He is active in the local community and has devoted

SARAH DOHN -
Associate
Sarah joined Greenlee Partners in 2007, serving first as
an intern and administrative assistant. Through those roles
and educational background, Sarah developed a critical understanding
of the legislative process as well as the important issues facing our clients.
As an Associate, her responsibilities include research
and analysis, legislative monitoring, disseminating vital news and
information to the firm, and assisting the firm and clients with
Pennsylvania’s Lobbying Disclosure Act. Sarah utilizes her vast organizational
and analytical skills to provide exceptional service to the firm and its clients.

FRANK GATES - Senior
Associate
Frank Gates brings incredible enthusiasm to the daily pursuit of
client success, especially in issues involving taxation, the
environment, corporate community relations, liquor law and public
utility issues.
Frank joined Greenlee Partners in 1997 after 21 years of
experience lobbying for a major Pennsylvania energy industry
interest. He is trusted friend to hundreds of staff and Members of
the Pennsylvania Legislature and top officials and staff of a
myriad of state agencies.
His long career as lobbyist has made him one of the most
recognizable and welcome professionals on Harrisburg's Capitol
Hill.

KRISTIN NASH - Director of
Client Services - Keystone Strategies; Associate - Greenlee
Partners
Kristin joined the firm in March of 2006. She brings with her years
of political and governmental experience in programming and
coordinating logistical events. Kristin began her career in the
scheduling office of Governor Tom Ridge. In 1998, she became the
Director of Scheduling and Advance and served in that capacity for
both Governors Ridge and Schweiker. During that time, Kristin
coordinated and oversaw thousands of events including overseas
Trade Missions and the Annual Keystone Bike Ride. She also served
as Director of the Dixon Center at the State System of Higher
Education.
In 2004, Kristin went to DC to serve as the Director of
Scheduling and Advance to Secretary Ridge in the first ever
Department of Homeland Security. Once again, she oversaw thousands
of events and trips both in country and overseas.
Throughout her career, Kristin continued to work and consult on
many political campaigns, most recently Bill Scranton's bid for
Governor.

KATIE THIEMANN
Katie joined the Greenlee Partners team in
2006. She provides crucial and timely clerical and
administrative support for the firm and our clients. Katie
also works on a multitude of clients with Keystone Strategies and
their campaign efforts.
A native of Central
Pennsylvania, Katie brings with her an intimate knowledge of the
area and its people. Through the use of innovative
organizational practices, she has been able to achieve great
operational efficiencies during her short tenure. Katie
is a grounding force for communications within the firm and with

CORINNE TOBIAS - Office
Manager
Corinne joined Greenlee Partners in 2008 after working in the financial securities industry for 14 years. In that endeavor, Corinne’s responsibilities included assisting priority clients with problem resolution and product information as well as facilitating the overall efficiency of the office.
In bringing those proficiencies to Greenlee Partners as the Office Manager, Corinne devotes her time coordinating office and client needs as well as assisting Greenlee Partners with various projects. You’ll also find her coordinating Greenlee interns in order to ensure the needs of the office are fulfilled.
Corinne graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in Communications Journalism. Outside of Greenlee Partners, she enjoys sports activities and volunteering her time to her family and church.

MELISSA YOUTZ - Business
Manager
As the Business Manager in our Harrisburg firm,
Melissa brings with her many years of professional experience.
Before joining Greenlee Partners, she owned and operated a business
for 15 years, which provided various services to several clients
within the Harrisburg area. Prior to small business ownership, she
worked with the Senate of Pennsylvania for 10 years as an Executive
Assistant, serving in the President Pro Tempore, Majority Leader
and Lieutenant Governor's offices. Through the years, she also
volunteered on various successful state-wide and local campaigns
and coordinated various fundraisers for candidates.
Melissa has a degree in Business Administration and assists
Greenlee Partners with various projects, along with the overall
management of the business. She is very active within her community
and serves as President of the Dauphin Recreation Association.

A.J. MARSICO, ESQ. - Senior
Associate
A.J. has been with Greenlee Partners for 10 years and has filled various roles during his tenure.
As Senior Associate, A.J. provides valuable insight to clients on a variety of issues including gaming,
tourism, business and corporate development issues. Recently, A.J. has relocated to our Philadelphia
office to provide greater access for our clients in the Southeast regarding state and federal issues.
A.J. has built a strong professional network of Members of the Legislature, key staffers and
the Administration. He has managed significant legislative initiatives and successes on behalf of a
variety of clients in his time here. His success was noted by politicspa.com who named him one of the

Prior to joining the firm, A.J. worked in State Government in the legislative affairs office of

KURT GODFREY -
Associate
Kurt joined Greenlee Partners in 2007. He plays a vital
role in our Philadelphia practice and contributes to our client
services in other areas as well. He provides valuable assistance
and insight on a variety of legislative and political issues, especially
in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Kurt has distinguished himself as a driven professional who knows
how to get things done. He is a model Associate – reliable and enthusiastic

Prior to joining Greenlee Partners, Kurt served as an intern for

Kurt is a native of Bucks County and he graduated from Shippensburg

ANDREW ZALENSKI - Senior Associate Andrew
Zalenski has over a decade of experience in Philadelphia city
government. He focuses his efforts on behalf of our clients on the
Executive branch policy initiatives and the legislative proceedings of
Philadelphia City Council. Andrew has built a significant network of
relationships with key public and political people in Philadelphia and
across Pennsylvania.
He is responsible for monitoring policy development and the
legislative process to provide our personnel and clients with detailed
and interpretive briefings on their most important priorities.
Andrew had
his start in politics at a young age, alongside his
father, Chester Zalenski, a long- time, well-known committeeman in
Northeast Philadelphia. Andrew learned the inner workings of
Philadelphia government during his tenure as deputy chief of staff and
legislative aide for two different City Council members. During this
time, he was responsible for researching and drafting ordinances and
resolutions. He conducted meetings with constituent organizations,
private industry, labor organizations and City departments to further
develop policy and guide ordinances through the legislative process.
Andrew successfully brought parties to consensus on several
high-profile City issues, including annual City budgets, the ban on
trans fats, licensing and certification of tradesmen and the
outsourcing of City work.

VANESSA DESALVO GETZ -
Managing Director, Western Pennsylvania
Vanessa manages our
Pittsburgh office and Western Pennsylvania business interests. In
addition, her diverse background provides significant competency to
client service in our Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg offices.
Vanessa re-joined
the firm fresh out of the Bob Casey for United States Senate campaign
where she served with distinction as Senator Casey's Western
Pennsylvania Campaign Manager. She is a top-notch strategist,
fundraiser, and event planner and has raised tens of millions of
dollars for political campaigns and non-profit interests over the past
several years. Her enthusiasm is unparalleled, and her ability to
conceive and execute sophisticated communication plans is well
documented.
No stranger to
Greenlee Partners, Vanessa began her professional political career with
us after serving in the office of former House Speaker Bill DeWeese. At
Greenlee Partners, she was Director of Special Projects and President
of Keystone Strategies from 1993 until 2000. Here, she worked on local,
federal, and statewide fundraising initiatives as well as serving
several of the firm's clients including the Pittsburgh Steelers,
Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company, and the City of
Philadelphia. She left us in 2000 to serve as Executive Director for
Bob Casey's re-election campaign for State Auditor General. In 2003,
Casey again turned to Vanessa to serve as Campaign Manager for his
state-wide bid for Pennsylvania State Treasurer. Casey was elected
winning more votes than any other candidate for any state or federal
office in the history of the Commonwealth. That same year, Vanessa was
named one of Pennsylvania's top 24 "Most Politically Powerful Women."

University of Pennsylvania where she majored in Business and Marketing.

MARIOS KRITIOTIS -
Associate
Marios was brought on board to provide support to Greenlee's growing
activity in western Pennsylvania. He is responsible for the research
and tracking of legislation on the local, state and national level as
well as monitoring policy changes that could affect our clients. After
graduating from Slippery Rock University with a degree in Political Science,
he worked as a Field Organizer for the Obama/Biden presidential campaign in Pennsylvania.
Additionally, Marios worked for the Pittsburgh Pirates, serving as a
Guest Relations representative. His friendships with faculty and peers
have led Marios to serve on his alma mater’s Political Science Alumni
Advisory Board. Hailing from Pittsburgh's North Side, Marios is right at
home in our Pittsburgh office and brings an enthusiastic approach to the firm’s client services.

ELEANOR LONGWELL -
Administrative Assistant
Eleanor first joined
Greenlee Partners in 2002. She is a critical member of our Pittsburgh
team and is responsible for administration and coordinating the local,
day-to-day operation of our Pittsburgh office. Legislative research and
monitoring are keys to our business and nobody does it better than
Eleanor. She keeps tabs on Pittsburgh City and Allegheny County
government activity for our clients.
Eleanor is a life-time resident of Allegheny County
and the Pittsburgh area. Over the years she has developed a large
network of political and professional contacts and enjoys a solid
reputation as a "go to" person in the region. Prior to joining Greenlee
Partners, Eleanor worked as the office manager for Teamsters Local
Union No. 636. She also served as a volunteer officer and program
administrator for the local school district and Parent Teacher's
Association.
